Indigo Creek Community holds one garage sale a year ( depending approval by the Board of Directors) that provides a community‑wide opportunity for homeowners to buy and sell household items to other residents and non‑residents.  This sale is planned usually for a Saturday in April or some Saturday in October depending on residents interest.   The sale runs from 8 AM to noon, and advance notices are placed in the local newspaper and the ICCSA Website announcing the sale date.  Also, signs are placed at the Community entrances a few days before each sale advising all residents of the upcoming event.  There is no fee for participation in a Garage Sale.  It is the residents responsibility to dispose of  unwanted goods.  The community does not pick up unwanted goods.
